We offer free ground shipping (on orders over $250) via USPS on all orders within the continental US. We try to ship our orders within 48 hours of purchases from our studio in midtown Miami.
NOTE: Overnight Shipping orders placed after noon EST will ship the next business day. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Once your order has been shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 3-5 business days of its ship date.
International Shipping Costs and applicable Country Duties and Taxes are calculated at checkout. We offer Standard and Express Shipping on International orders. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be processed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Ramona La Rue is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You may be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your customs office for further information.
By law, Ramona La Rue must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees. If you refuse a shipment from Ramona La Rue, You are responsible for the original shipping cost, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Ramona La Rue. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit. If the return fees exceed the amount of the merchandise plus the shipping cost, the package will be abandoned, and you will not be refunded.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
