RETURN POLICY

Ramona LaRue will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sell-able condition with original tags. A full refund to original form of payment will only be given on full price items and sale items.

FINAL SALE and SALE 2024 items are NOT returnable for a refund but can be exchanged for sizing if available. BODY BY LARUE items are NOT returnable for a refund or exchange.

Your return must be shipped to our Midtown Miami office within 14 days from the date you received your shipment in order to be accepted. You may use your own label or one that is provided by the Return Center at a cost of $10.00 Ramona LaRue 3400 North Miami Ave. Miami FL 33127

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases. Once we receive your package we will promptly notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Items purchased under discount codes will be issued an exchange, or store credit for the total discounted amount, NOT the original price of the items.
