RETURN POLICY

Ramona LaRue will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sell-able condition with original tags. A full refund to original form of payment will only be given on full price items and sale items.

FINAL SALE items are NOT returnable for a refund but can be exchanged for sizing if available or for store credit. BODY BY LARUE items are NOT returnable for a refund or exchange.

Your return must be shipped to our Midtown Miami office within 14 days from the date you received your shipment in order to be accepted. You may use your own label or one that is provided by the Return Center at a cost of $10.00 Ramona LaRue 3400 North Miami Ave. Miami FL 33127

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases. Once we receive your package we will promptly notify you via email when your return has been processed.

We provide return shipping labels in USA only. All international returns need to be shipped by the customer.

International Orders Return Policy:

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items for international orders. This includes but is not limited to shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or any other fees incurred during the return process.

We highly encourage customers to use our return center, if customers decide to use a different method we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), Ramona LaRue will process a refund to the original payment method for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Any customs duties, taxes, return shipping charges, or other fees incurred by the customer will not be reimbursed.

Items purchased under discount codes will be issued an exchange, or store credit for the total discounted amount, NOT the original price of the items.
